SJB , was established in 1996 by the current proprietor.

Since its inception the company has steadily expanded to incorporate a Groundwork & Structural alterations division, this arm of the business was borne through close working relations with our existing clients, and has been a major component of our business for many years.

We offer a comprehensive “Principle contractor” service from Demolition and Site remediation through to full groundwork & structural alterations to existing buildings. The services we are able to provide incorporate:

• Traditional strip & Piled footings,
• Reinforced steel structures & basements,
• Deep & domestic drainage to adoptable standards.
• Road construction to 278 standards.
• Remedial works to existing structures, such as underpinning etc.
• Structural alterations and modification.

We are presently carrying out contracts in London and the home counties for a wide variety of clients.

We provide a large range of services backed by our extensive plant assets these include:

Long Reach excavators through to mini excavators. (Various attachments are available which compliment our core business).

Concrete crushing facility capable of processing up to 600 tonnes of material per day.

All of the services we provide are complimented by the ability to provide our own 32 tonne tipper & Grab lorries for exclusive use on our contracts, which means we can control the flow of materials more effectively.

• Asbestos Surveying and reporting
• Removal of contaminated Waste including soil & chemical.
